Delivery & Returns Policy

Common purchase queries answered

Goods are shipped using a courier service and can take between 7 & 21 days to receive depending on your location.

Some larger items may take longer and once your order is placed we will advise of the expected delivery date.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported. Please ensure that you inspect all purchases within 24 hours of accepting delivery and report any damages via email to [email protected]

Back Orders – If your item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and backorder the item for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A confirmation will be sent to you when the item is back in stock again.

We hope your purchase has arrived with you and you are satisfied with the product and out service. However, should you wish to return an item purchased from us either in-store or online, the following procedures and policies will apply.

If you purchase an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged.

You will however be responsible for any postage / courier charges to return the item.

Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned we will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 28 days for the money to be refunded to your account.

If you receive an item from us that is faulty or defective please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at [email protected]. We will ensure to remedy the situation for you as soon as possible.
